Loretta Ludemann

In remembrance of Loretta Ludemann, director of the Norfolk Housing Authority, past NPZA president and recipient of the 1997 Mitsuo Kawamoto Excellence in Planning Award, NPZA established the Excellence in Planning by a Woman in the State of Nebraska Award. Loretta inspired many of Nebraska’s Citizen planners, to involve themselves in community planning and giving their best efforts.
