LB 512 - recently approved by the unicamerial requires that Countys with Comp Plans and Zoning Regs that have an airport within their jurisdiction adopt Airport Zoning Regs for Hazard Zones.
Any thoughts?

Would you treat it as an overlay district or a whole separate district?

Going to treat as a separate district overlaying anywhere the hazard zone lies.

The Norfolk Airport would like us to adopt Norfolk's airport overlay district, but I contend we should be different because we have different land uses in our part of the three-mile than the city does.
